As I was waking up in the dream/wake state one morning, I had the thought “God needs seeds and nuts”. Although at first that sounded funny to me, the more I thought about it the more it began to make sense!
To me, the message was that God needs substrate for our lives in order to bless us. God can’t make something from nothing, we have to do our part. We need to plant seeds for growth and bury nuts for winter harvest – it’s the great exchange that must occur in order for our lives to move forward in abundance.
This week I am going to plant seeds by making creative connections with others. I am also thinking about offering a winter art class to yield a harvest of blessings and fun.
