Is your drain clogged? Not your literal drain, but the portal-in-your-soul-that-reaches-from-your-crown-to-your-root-chakra-divine-flow drain.

Our fears keep us from our highest expression. Expansiveness takes us into our creative freedom.
This week, find some soul-expanding experiences to take you to a new plane and transport you out of your intellectual-thinking-agenda-creating mind and into your integrated mind-body-soul. Yoga, dancing, absorbing sunshine, riding a wave runner, painting, drawing, being in nature, and swimming do it for me. What about you?
